Lemon Lime Chicken

Lemon Lime Chicken!


4 4oz Chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)

¼ cup of olive oil

1 lemon sliced

1 large lime sliced

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary or 2 tablespoons dried.

1 gallon ziplock bag or as small of dish as possible.


Place all ingredients in bag or dish 2 hrs before grilling or steaming. Pop it back in the refrigerator till ready to cook.

Remove rosemary as best you can. If you plan to use the lemons and limes as a garnish be sure and grill or steam them. Lay them top side down first. Make sure the chicken is done all the way but do not over cook them. They should be juice and tender.
